**IN-OFFICE POSITION**

Job Summary

Implements, designs, and provides support for information systems applications using a variety of technologies. Assesses, plans, develops, implements, and maintains assigned systems applications. Manages user accounts, creates reports, analyzes data, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Provides support to the functional users, delivers training, and addresses systems applications issues. Assists with other requests and duties as requested.

Job Specific Duties

  • Adheres to IT standards and implements appropriate security safeguards in report and development in order to maintain confidentiality and privacy of information. 
  • Assists project leader and department leadership in establishing project team goals, objectives, and budget. Identifies, coordinates, and acquires resources to reach them. 
  • Maintains production systems to ensure reliable performance, appropriate change management, and security. 
  • Serves as expert resource and educates others on appropriate utilization of information systems to support the delivery of quality care and operational/research excellence.
  • Collaborates and works effectively on projects with IT and functional team members.
  • Provides support to the functional users, delivers training and addresses systems applications issues. Prepares technical and functional documentation.
  • Manages user accounts, creates reports, analyzes data, and identifies opportunities for continuous improvement. Understands the database structures for assigned systems applications.  
  • Assesses, plans, develops, implements and maintains assigned systems applications. 
  • Implements, designs, and provides support for information systems applications using a variety of technologies. 
  • Manages, schedules, and performs system updates and upgrades to test and production environments, in compliance with the change management process. 
  • Addresses incidents and requests identified by the functional users on a timely basis. 

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Systems/Computer System or related major (OR) 3 years of equivalent work experience with information systems
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting information systems applications
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting on premise and cloud-based financial system applications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience supporting time and attendance information systems applications preferred.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Kronos certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of one or more programming languages or reporting systems, including Java, XML, SQL, Crystal Reports, SAS etc.
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Communicates independently with system applications vendors regarding upgrades, maintenance, configuration changes and issues.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
